Sales Rep Opportunity

TopKote Sales Representatives work independently to develop contractor relationships, identify opportunities, and grow sales in their market.

What You Can Expect

  • 1099 commission-based opportunity
    Work independently and earn commission on qualifying sales.
  • 15% introductory commission
    New Sales Reps earn 15% commission for their first 120 days.
  • 10% standard commission
    After the introductory period, the standard commission rate is 10%.
  • Work your market
    Develop relationships with contractors, businesses, and other potential customers in your territory.
  • Get in front of opportunities
    The role may include contractor meetings, product presentations, project discussions, and site visits.
  • Grow with your results
    Successful Sales Reps can build their business, expand their relationships, and potentially open the door to additional opportunities with TopKote.
